The LBP Because She Cares Scholarship supports motivated students who demonstrate resilience, leadership, and a commitment to improving their lives and communities. Inspired by the generosity of Levester Boleware Palmer, this scholarship exists to remove barriers and uplift students as they pursue their dreams.
